This year the MIB EPAS Consortium organised for the first time a Master Thesis Competition among the member schools. The idea was to reward the best thesis in International Management. The first price in 2018 (for the theses awarded during the previous year) went to Reeta Munther from Lappeenranta University of Technology (LUT).
Reeta’s thesis was titled ‘Business model adaptation and its relation to international opportunity recognition’. The selection committee assessed one thesis from each member institution and the board confirmed the selection. Reeta received the certificate and the award this autumn.
The competition is up and running this year again – and the winner, selected from the students who finish their thesis in 2018, will be announced when the MIB EPAS Board meets next time in May 2019.
