EXCHANGE STUDENTS
- Once you have been selected by your home University for an exchange program at iaelyon School of Management – University Jean Moulin, you will need to provide your home University with the information and documents required for your nomination.
- University Jean Moulin General International Relations Office will then receive your nomination along with all the information and documents required as well as the name of the program you have applied for in order to process your nomination.
- Upon arrival in Lyon you will be welcomed by the Exchange Program Coordinator in charge of your geographical zone, who speaks your language or English, at the University General International Relations Office.
- At iaelyon School of Management the Student Mobility Officer and International Academic Advisors will offer you academic guidance and support and will help with course prerequisites, courses equivalencies, timetables, grade transcripts…

Toulouse School of Management
Admission Criteria:
- Successful completion of 180 ECTS
- Academic results
- English proficiency (C1 level required and attested by an English language test)
- Motivation
- Professional experience (internships, jobs, projects…)
- International experience (exchange programmes, au pair, positions abroad…)
The selection committee will examine the candidate’s application file and possibly invite the candidate for an on-line motivation interview.

In order to complete an application, an applicant must provide the following documents:
Certificate and diplomas of your completed degree from an internationally recognized higher education institution (university or university college)
- The degree must be equivalent to a Swedish bachelor’s degree (kandidatexamen). Check https://www.universityadmissions.se/en/All-you-need-to-know1/Applying-for-studies/Documenting-your-eligibility-for-studies/Instructions-for-Masters-applicants/Specific-requirements-for-my-country1/ for any specific instructions.
- The original documents must be issued, signed and stamped by a representative of the Academic Registrar’s Office, the Examinations Office, or the equivalent office that issues official transcripts of records at your university. If you submit copies of your documents via regular post, they must be certified true copies of these documents (when uploading, be sure to scan your original documents).
- You must always submit your documents in the official language of the country where you studied. If the language is not Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, English, French or German, you must also provide an official translation. The translation should be in Swedish, English or German.
Transcripts of completed courses and grades for each semester included in your degree. If you have had courses credited from previous education, you must also provide transcripts for those courses.
- You must always submit your documents in the official language of the country where you studied. If this language is not Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, English, French or German, you must also provide an official translation. This translation should be in Swedish, English, French or German.

In order to speed up the processing of your application, we require a copy of the page in your passport with your personal data and photograph or some other identification documents.
For applicants from Sweden an application round is offered with application deadline April 15th of every year. (Applicants from the EU and EEA can also submit an application in this application round however the application platform is only available in Swedish)
